DAR ES SALAAM - US President George W. Bush began a five-nation tour of Africa on Saturday that will highlight US health, education and pro-democracy projects. The much-touted tour is set to take him to Tanzania, Rwanda, Benin, Ghana and Liberia. Bush announced a plan yesterday to distribute 5.2 million mosquito nets, to protect Tanzanian children below the age of five from malaria and toured the northern city of Arusha, visiting a hospital, a mosquito-net factory and a school for girls.
