Ailing Healthcare: The Ruto Government's Betrayal of Kenyan Health

Explore the dire state of healthcare in Kenya under William Ruto's government, marred by the failure of the Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) and conflicts of interest with Ruto's close associates. Discover how Kenyan hospitals are withdrawing services for NHIF cardholders, leaving citizens vulnerable and underserved... In the heart of Kenya's healthcare crisis lies a tangled web of betrayal and broken promises, orchestrated by the very government sworn to protect its citizens' well-being. As hospitals across the nation withdraw services for NHIF cardholders, the stark reality of William Ruto's failed governance comes sharply into focus. At the centre of this debacle looms the ill-fated Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF), a purported beacon of hope hastily ushered into law by the Ruto administration. Promising comprehensive health coverage for all Kenyans, SHIF was touted as the panacea to the ailing healthcare system. Yet, beneath its veneer of promise lies a ta

Sarah Palin flew more than 3,000 Miles after her water broke?

It wasn't even 24 hours since Alaska Governor Sarah Palin accepted Senator John McCain's invitation for her to become his running mate and already there were rumors abound that may ultimately turn into a major scandal; concerns over Palin's judgement have taken center stage.

Palin reportedly flew from Texas back to Anchorage when she was apparently 7 months pregnant. The governor's water broke during the energy conference she was attending in Texas, but she stayed and gave a 30-minute speech before boarding an Alaska Airlines plane home to deliver the baby. One reader of the Daily Kos commented how this could be possible: "I don't see a commercial airline letting a pregnant woman whose water had already broken board a plane. Especially for a flight that far, that is way too dangerous. They don't let pregnant women fly in the last few months of pregnancy as it is." In fact, a call to Alaska Airlines revealed that they will not allow a woman to board a flight whose water has broke. It is unclear if the airline made an exception for Governor Palin.

The idea that Palin - who is steadfastly against abortion - made that flight while in labour after her water broke is enough to make some question her judgment. Reports also surfaced on Friday that McCain had only met with Palin once before selecting her as his surprise running mate. Palin has a solid record as Alaska's two year Governor.

I totally think if this rumor is true, and Palin refuses to come clean, DNA paternity test should be done so check if Todd Palin is the father of the 5th child as Palin claims. If the DNA of father and child doesn't match, it clearly either shows that the last child is not Sarah Palin`s but Bristol or Sarah Palin was screwing someone else behind Todd!

This actually does make sense if we consider the rumor that Sarah Palin's daughter was actually the pregnant one. Most of us were confused that she hadn't just stayed in Texas to deliver the baby there after her water broke. However, if her daughter was the pregnant one and had gone into labor in Alaska, it would make sense that Sarah had to rush home so that she could be in the same state as the baby when it was born. This would also explain why she was back at work three days later despite the fact that her baby suffers from down's syndrome. Can somebody get to the bottom of this one? I want to know.

http://www.adn.com/news/alaska/story/380134.html She has bad judgement. Women in their 40's knowing that they are having a down syndrome baby are NOT to fly while in labor. Duh. She hid the fact that she was going into labor when she boarded. I wonder what else she is hiding.
