Where the Hell is Moses Kuria?

It seems Moses Kuria, the man of many portfolios, embarked on a whirlwind adventure through the halls of government, only to find himself in a comedic conundrum. Starting off strong as the Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade, and Industry, he was the talk of the town. But alas, fate had other plans. In a twist fit for a sitcom, Kuria found himself shuffled over to the Public Service portfolio faster than you can say "bureaucratic shuffle". Then, the plot thickened! In a classic case of diplomatic drama, the US Trade Representative, Katherine Tai, decided to give Kuria a cold shoulder after cancelling not one, but two meetings with him. The reason? His "foul mouth". Oh, the irony! It seems even the most seasoned politicians can't escape the wrath of a sharp tongue. Since then, Kuria has seemingly vanished into thin air, keeping a low profile that would make even Bigfoot jealous. Rumour has it he's taken up residence in a cozy cave somewhere, pondering th

EXCLUSIVE: National Enquirer says Cindy McCain is a two-timer

First lady wannabe Cindy McCain had an affair with a long-haired man who resembles “a washed-up ’80s rock musician,” says the National Enquirer, and the supermarket tabloid claims to have the pictures to prove it.

Sen. John McCain’s beer-heiress wife was caught locking lips and “acting very lovey-dovey” with her purported paramour at concerts and sporting events around her hometown of Phoenix over the past several years, sources told the tab. The tonsil-hockey shot was taken on April 1, 2006, when Cindy and her unidentified companion attended the Tempe Music Festival, the Enquirer reported. “To my amazement, Cindy had her hand on his shoulder and was kissing him passionately on his lips,” the photographer told the tab. A second spywitness spotted Cindy canoodling with her mystery man at the Moody Blues concert, where they were caught “passionately kissing and hugging,” the source reported. “I couldn’t believe it. I remember thinking, ‘Go get a room!’ ” a spy reported. “‘They kissed and cuddled. While other concertgoers stood up to cheer and sing, Cindy and the guy remained entwined in their seats.” Cindy, 54, whose father founded one of the largest Amheuser-Busch beer distributors in the country, is 18 years younger than her White House-wannabe spouse.

A McCain spokesperson declined comment on the report. The senator, who gave his first post-election interview to Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show” admitted that his loss was “tougher” on his wife and daughter Meghan. But, when asked how Cindy was doing, he answered “She’s doing fine . . . very fine,” he said.

The National Enquirer has a history of reporting political affairs. It was the first to expose former Sen. John Edwards’ liason with former campaign staffer Rielle Hunter. The ex-presidential candidate admitted he had a fling with Hunter but vehemently denied that he was the father of her newborn baby, as the Enquirer alleged. The tab also reported that Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin had an affair with her husband’s friend and snowmobile business partner. That was never confirmed. It also exposed former presidential candidate Gary Hart’s romance with model Donna Rice.
