In what is apparently a continuation of his "sleep-on-the-job-and-f*@k-about-as-much-as-possible" policy, bandit President Kibaki has finally furnished us with a list of new Permanent Secretaries. It seems Kibaki, in his high tower, just cannot seem to catch glimpse of any young (read non-gray haired) Kenyans. What we see is a blatant show of tokenism as he (once again) recycles dinosaurs that are well past their use-by date. Perhaps the biggest tragedy of all is that he retained his parrot, Dr Alfred Ng'ang'a Mutua, and Traitor-in-Chief Kalonzo's perennial enemy, Maanzo, springs back as the Secretary of Sports. Wonders never cease. And if you thought Muthaura was going anywhere...
